The Remarkable Life Foundation (RLF) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) agency working to serve our entire community. Your generous gift to the Remarkable Life Foundation ensures that patients under our care, regardless of age or inability to pay, can live their remaining days in dignity, comfort and peace.

How are my gifts used for Remarkable Life Foundation?
When you give a gift to Remarkable Life Foundation, your contribution is essential to maintaining the quality personalized care and supportive environment provided by the team of compassionate professionals at Remarkable Hospice. Your gift to RLF helps fund services and programs that bring comfort and peace to patients and their families to make the most of every moment of life. Some of those funded programs include:
- EVERYONE’S A STAR, a program that provides discounted and/or Pro-bono services for those patients who are in need of care but lack insurance or their benefits do not include coverage for hospice services.
- Specialized training to care team members which ensures our patients always receive the highest quality of critical health care.
- Grief support for our patients, their family members and loved ones, as well as people within the communities we serve who are dealing with the loss of someone close to them.
- Financial support for expenses related to end-of-life such as funerals and/or cremation services.
